The hotel has a magical ambience that blends textures, colours, aromas, sounds and tastes, thus creating amazing sensations for guests. The hotel offers 167 fully-equipped, minimalist ocean-view bedrooms. Facilities include 24-hour reception, hotel safe, car park and currency exchange. Guests enjoy a personal level of hospitality, and can enjoy the culinary offerings of the 5 hotel specialty restaurants. Furthermore, the 5 bars are strategically located in the pool area, lobby and on the beach. For an additional fee, guests can also make use of the WLAN Internet access and laundry service. The hotel enjoys a privileged location in Cancun within the hotel zone, which is a short walk from a shopping mall, bars, restaurants and the convention centre. Be Live Grand Viva Beach

I would reccomend this hotel to others, it is close to the local resturant and nightclubs. The ocean is right out the back door, all of the employees are great and the rooms are simple but comfortable. The food is average, I would suggest making reservations for the other hotel resturants on site for a change in food options.

Excellent location, great staff and beautiful pool/beach area. Lobby very modern and rooms are clean and comfortable. Great price.

We would recommend it to others and have already. The food was wonderful, great selection and great quality. The Sushi Bar was great. It was a great value for our money. We we're very satisfied.
