I found the hotel a big disappointment. We had no gym and no hot water until we persisted. The room leaked of rain and we had an odor of dead fish. The hall ways smelled of sewage. I would definitely not stay in Mexico again. The food was just o.k. and Ifound the employees not very helpful.

It was much bigger than I expected and many restaurants to choose from than I've ever seen before...for an all inclusive. Beach front was nice. Price was good and I would definitely stay there again. Wish we could have stayed there longer. The only disappointment was when we got ready to exercise and found out the exercise room was under construction and not available. Wish the internet was included in the price and had to pay extra to use it. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

absolutley one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. The room leaked when it rained, it smelled. We had no hot water for 36hours. Plaster was falling from the ceilings in the hotel.The desk staff were not friendly. 5 out of 7 of us got sick from the food. This place should be condemned.
