This comfortable hotel is conveniently located on Cancun Avenue, facing the biggest lagoon in Southeast Mexico. There are a number of banks, restaurants, pharmacies, cinemas and shops within walking distance. There is also a handicrafts market, a tourism office, a taxi rank, a bus stop and a supermarket close by. Cancún's vibrant night life is within easy reach, as well as several beaches and shopping malls. Facilities include 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange, outdoor swimming pool, a bar, Internet access, room service and parking for those arriving by car.

Room service not very reliable

In our 4 night stay we service made our room only once. The rooms are acceptable, no fridge, the air condition is a bit noisy and dusty. There were bottles standing at the pool for over two days. For breakfast are there only three tables plus a bar, where you can also sit. No buffet, very little variety of fruit and eggs. At the lagoon side ther is no way of bathing. The way to the beach leads you through other hotels on the other side of the street. But there you are not very welcome if you just want to pass through. So the best thing might be if you take the car to a public beach. Briefly it's cheap but a little disappointing. Next time we prefer to spend some bucks more.
