I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. It was so impossible to find, as it was located off of a small residential street, a good bit north of where the cancun hotel zone maps put it.
Once we got there it was the most disgusting room ever. The beds were hard as rocks, the bed covers had holes in them and we just plain gross. The bathroom mirror had spots on it that looked like blood. The floors had grime, rust, and other goodies on them.
It was one of those places where you want to turn the lights out ASAP, so that you don't have to see how gross the place is!!
It was only $55 for the night, but even at that price I don't think you get what you pay for.

I can't ay that i would recommend this place. it was pretty dirty, and in need of repairs. we had to change our room 3 times when we returned there...to their credit they did finally change our room, but it was frustrating and tiring to have to check each room and have something large be wrong. the first room was right across from the lobby! very noisy all night long. the second room had 2 rivers of water running through it from the bathroom to the porch. the third room was small, but we took it. when we got in the week before we were given a room with an unsittable couch ( dirty, smelly and itchy-looking), and an unmistakable sewage smell in the bathroom...we put up with it because we were late and exhausted. when we saw the pool the next day it seemed better but it closes at6.

The location is good. It's pretty close to a handful of cheap restaurant stands, and only a short walk to all the hip bars and shopping. The staff seemed really nice and eager to help too. My biggest complaint was a really bad oder in my room. I had to shut the bathroom door and open the window through all of my stay.
