I don't even know where to begin. The outside of the hotel actually looks nice. Thats about it! The room we had, the door wouldnt lock & the front desk didnt want to be bothered. They had no towels for us. The AC was LOUD LOUD LOUD. The beach was unswimmable cuz of all the seaweed. The food (the WORST part) was horrible, dry tastless pasta, some beans, potatoes, tossed salad and fish. all bland. The drinks are free so maybe if you got really drunk youd think the hotel was nice. but it was a nightmare to stay at. With some work it could be a lot better. But i wouldnt reccommend it to anyone. I could go on and on with more reasons, but i'm running out of words so i just listed the worst things first! Stay elsewhere!

It is cheap and you get what you pay for. It's all inclusive making it good value. The food is of an average standard with free activities during the day and parties trips are arranged every night into town. A short bus trip from both Cancun downtown and the nightclub strip. More of a hotel for those wanting to get out there.

Front desk staff spoke English well. Check in was easy and there was sufficient security on duty. Didn't have hot water although never called to complain. Kind of far away from major tourist attractions like night clubs and shopping area but buses were easy to take. Didn't get an ocean view from room but it was nice not having to go far to get to the beach. Overall it was acceptable for the price paid.
