The hotel is very clean and the rooms beyond standard. The hotel personell are very nice and helpfull. The only thing that I could say on a negative note is that the beds are very hard, beside that I will recomend the hotel for someone that is looking to party down cancun.

Great Hotel!

I would recommend the Radisson Hacienda. It is not far from the beach, downtown, or Puerto Juarez (where you get the boat to Isla Mujeres). The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The pool area was gorgeous and the water was wonderful. The room was a little older, but comfortable. Great price.

Horrible & Poorly Kept Rooms, Staff Only Spoke Spanish,

The lobby will impress you but the rooms are poorly kept. The AC stopped working twice, power was lost to the entire hotel every night I stayed for an hour each time with no apology from the staff, the rooms had a mosquito infestation,the staff was not able to communicate in english, the pool was dirty, the restaurant was horrible, you can hear everything in the halls including the band that played every night in the lobby and I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY!!

It was good and what we expected. It was clean and services where good. Everyone was eager to help. Not a 5 star hotel but would stay there again

Radisson Cancun Centro Rocks

Excellent value for location and quality of service. Not my first time in Centro Cancun, but I will def. will be back at the Radisson next time I visit Cancun....
