La Reginella

Founded by the violinist Paul Falco half a century ago, this hotel has been attracting a stream of artists and intellectuals ever since then. Being a cheap hotel overlooking the beautiful waters and enjoying a prime location near the Piazzetta, it always has an edge over other budget accommodation in Capri. Comprising a total of 9 guest rooms, the property features a lobby, TV lounge, café, restaurant, Internet access and a laundry service (for a fee).
In the hilly area, the hotel is 800 m from the Piazzetta on the way to the Arco Naturale. The hotel overlooks the bay of Marina Piccola, the city of Capri and Monte Solaro. Links to the public transport are within about 800 m and the railway station is some 10 km away. The beach is around 3 km from the hotel.
Parasols and sun loungers are laid out on the sun terrace for guests use.
The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner may be selected à la carte.
From the Piazzetta (Piazza Umberto I) simply walk east and turn left onto Via Vittorio Emanuele III. Turn right onto Via Le Botteghe and continue along this road which becomes Via Fuorlovado, then Via Croce. At the end of Via Croce turn right onto Via Matermania. The hotel is situated at 36 Via Matermania on the path to the Arco Naturale, Capri.
