Service was excellent particularly the front counter person. The hotel was not inexpensive but the location was perfect for attending any shows at McCormick Place.

Recommend to others that are attending any type of meeting or conference at McCormick Place. Could easily reach convention areas through several routes. It could use an additional restaurant or cafe for the size of hotel. Often long lines for coffee or even soda.

It was great to be so close to the Convention Center at McCormick Place. The Hotel is older, but nice. I would stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful and great proximity to the convention center. The staff is very helpful. The view of the lake is wonderful and there is a great running track that follows along the lake. Can sign up for free shuttel to the museums too. The rooms are nicely furnished. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows.

Definitely met my expectations. Only negative and it is a small one is that there was no hand lotion in the room.
Room service was very good as well.
