The hotel was fine as hotels go I could use a can of lysol. It was disappointing to learn that the internet cost 65 cents a minute. The conceige's were informative & extremely helpful.

We enjoyed the outdoor pool. It was fun to swim amid the skyscrapers. We would recommend it to others.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room was nice and comfortable for 4 adults and had a great view. I enjoyed the fact that it was very close to Michigan Ave and not too far from the subway.

This was a 5 plus experience. Ruddy at the desk is just a joy. He worked it out for us to check in early and then check out late. With 3 little ones this was a great find for us. And if you are going to American Girl they have beds for your baby dolls. Thanks.

Great deal, great location, and great service would sum this hotel up best. First, anyone would be hard pressed to find a better hotel for the money. The rooms were clean. The amenities (indoor & outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, etc.) were more than we could use in our time there. In addition, there was a concierge service in the lobby which gave great recommendations on where to eat each night and were able to assist with any other questions. Second, the location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distance: the beach, L-train, Miracle Mile, and Rush Street. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone looking for location and quality at a good value in downtown Chicago.
