Location This modern hotel affords a prime downtown location just 1/2 a block from the Magnificent Mile and amidst a diverse selection of nightlife and shopping options. Many first-class dining options are also to be found in the near vicinity. Facilities This 20-storey hotel was renovated in 2003 and comprises a total of 357 rooms. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, air conditioning, a safe, a cloakroom and a lift in addition to a conference room, a newspaper stand and a bar. Moreover, it is possible to make use of the laundry service and laundrette as well as the car park. Rooms Each of the comfortable, carpeted rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, an Internet connection, a queen-sized bed, a coffee machine, ironing facilities and individually controllable heating and air conditioning. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — Booked a week in this hotel on Skoosh for 1/2 the rate comparable hotels in the area were charging, including this hotel's own web site! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Every one of the staff I interacted with were super helpful, especially Vic the bellman / concierge. There's an excellent coffee place right next door, and the hotel is a short walk to some of Chicago's best shopping and restaurants. My wife is usually very picky about hotels, and she kept telling me over & over what a find I had made. We will definitely look these guys up next time we're in Chicago!

Great Place to Stay for good price

If you are looking for a hotel that has a ton of amenities and large rooms with room service or will be spending a lot of time in your room, this is not the place for you! However, if you are looking to save money and would like a clean, nice place for sleeping and showering then this is the winner!! My Cousin and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for what we needed :) We walked EVERYWHERE! Very close to all River North restaurants and bars and only 5 blocks to the Red Line which made getting around a breaze. I would definitely stay again.

Great value in the Inn

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful — I didn't stay in the cheapest room but did think it was very good value. The location is wonderful. Great inexpensive restaurants everywhere around there. The room was cleaner than I expected, after reading online reviews of the hotel. No bed-bugs to speak of!! Some of the fixtures were loose, the iron didn't work, and the bed was just slightly sagging, and wifi in the room was $10 extra (but free in the lobby) but these things I can live with for the price. I was on the 20th floor and slept like a rock - very quiet for the location. The staff were helpful and friendly If ever I return to Chicago, I know where I'll check first. cheers, Alfredo

Nice sheets , comfortable beds , fluffy pillows . Very clean! Flat screen TV , frendly staff. Location is great! Seconds from the stores and places to eat. Loved it!!!!
