Great location, we where up graded to a suite because we had 4 people and a baby at the time we thought it was a wonderful idea but the pull out bed was old and it was tilted so much you hand to find a spot to sleep problem is two people had to sleep on it so basically we put the mattress on the floor to sleep. There where four people in this room but kept getting shorted on towels an wash clothes so we had to call daily. My daughter my grandson and I along with another get where stuck on the 2 elevator on 7/12/12 on the 14 floor and literally wedge the door open so that we could run off straning my shoulder when we told the front desk about it they said ok and proceed to check in people then she said I will letsomeoneknow

Never again Raffaello

The location was good. The room was nice. We did not find the front desk staff very friendly or helpful. We came back one afternoon to a terrible smell in our room. The manager said she would send up an engineer to check it out. No one came. I went down and told her no one had come up. As we were going out, she said she would check it out and get back to us. Upon our return, when we asked staff told us the manager wqs gone and she could not find any notes on it. That was it - no promise to look into it - no one ever followed up. When we checked out no one asked if we had a good time, were you satisfied etc. We will not stay there again. There are too many other excellent options.

Raffaello a great place to stay in Chicago

Had never been to this hotel before but were pleasantly surprised. The location was great (one block behind the John Hancock building on Michigan Ave. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The concierge was especially helpful with reservations, etc. The room had a nice layout and very nice decor. Would definitely stay there again.

We simply loved our stay at the Raffaello Hotel

I would highly recommend this very nice hotel. The rooms were fresh and the location is very convenient to restaurants, bars, and shopping all within walking distance. The newv lobby bar added ambiance since our previous stay. The hotel remains a very good value for us when we visit Chicago.

The RafFaello is Fabulous!

I have stayed several times and this boutique hotel is perfectly located to shops, restaurants and bars a block from Michigan Ave. Everything is within walking distance! The rooms, hotel service and the new lobby bar are excellent. A very good value for the money.
