This property is in a great location in the city of Chicago. Great location for shopping

It is my second time in this location . I was there back in march, so i knew what to expect . Located meters away from Burberry Store on Michigan ave . Famous Garretts popcorn just across the street. Location - you can not wish for the better one . Size of the room was big for two people . I think it was intended for a wheel chaire - wide doors to the huge shower , but no bath Comfortable bed , big flat screen TV - plenty of room . I thought carpet were dusty , needs better vacuming , espesially around the base boards. Very helpfull staff Overall very good experience - will stay there again.

Great location; get what you expect

Needed a good location for exploring Chicago and the Red Roof Inn fit the bill. Rooms were clean but small so don't count on any extra floor space. Great affordable hotel in a great location. The value for the location was great. Met my expectations and I would stay again. Lobby and public restrooms were immaculately clean.

Perfect location

Its location is great! And the price! lol... the only thing is the room is so small. We ordered the quad room but it is even small for two people. (but it's so cheap so that it is worth it =D ) Anyway, it's just a place for sleep. I love the price and the location!

Good hotel except one item

The hotel was ok, everything was clean. Not noisy. The escalator was not crowded, no long waiting for it. There was one small problem. On arrival (at 3 pm) the bed wasn't done. They solved the problem quick.
