No complaints whatsoever! Hotel staff couldn't have been nicer and the location is primse, just one block away from Magnificent Mile and a couple from Navy Pier, great nightlife, and the financial district/Willis Tower!! Would definitely stay again, especially for the price we paid!

the red foof chicago was an acceptable hotel considering the money paid and location. it was one of the cheaper hotels in the downtown area which was clean, had friendly service, but a little small for the room size. it ended up working out perfect for a night to crash after drinking! some maintanence is needed but otherwise cleanliness is usaully a big standard and it passed for this hotel. my expectations were however met.

I would recommend this to customers who are on a budget & don't plan on spending a lot of time in their rooms.
The experience was actually better than I expected, especially after reading certain negative reviews.
It was definitely a good value for the money.
I especially was impressed by the comfort of the bed, the convenience of its location, and certain amenities like the nice Samsung flatscreen tvs. The rooms were clean & a nice size. The staff was very friendly.
