As we were new to San Diego and didn't need to be in a particular area, this Travel Inn suited our needs. It was easy to find by car, with car parking available & was near the MTA service - if required, but wasn't noisy from traffic. Betty was especially helpful with recommendations for shopping and helped ensure our internet connection was stable. We enjoyed the waffles for breakfast - as this wasn't normal fare for us, so a bit of a novelty. This property is reasonable value for money although some maintenance is required in the bathroom with peeling wallpaper visible. Don't expect 5 star accommodation and facilities for this price but it was clean and friendly.
