The hotel staff was very friendly, however the rooms were kind of small for the amount of money they charge, and they need to be updated. Our bath sink stopper did not work, and I had to use a wash cloth to close it so my contact lens did not get lost.
It was not a very good value for the money.

Great Hotel. Went to Reds game. Perfect walking distance. Staff helpful. Clean place. Will be back.

Poor service, room was not clean, everything was outdated. I would not recommend to anyone.

I would recommend the Milennium to others. I stayed there for a conference at Duke Energy Center and it was very nice to be linked by a skyway. The room itself was small. It pretty much consisted of a bed and a bathroom, but since we weren't in the room much, it was OK. The staff was very nice and the lobby and the facilities were beautiful.
