I would definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful without being over the top. The pool was great fun for our young grandchildren although the music blaring out was sometimes a bit much if you wanted to read. So the only thing to do was to get in the pool and have fun too! Our room had 2 double beds and there was a TV in the bedroom area and another in the sitting area. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker but no other equipment which was disappointing as we wanted to have breakfast in our room. The views from the balcony were fabulous. We ate in the hotel one night; the food was excellent but the air conditioning was far too cold and ruined the evening for us. The pool bar was great for lunch with wonderful views.

We found the hotel very clean, and welcoming. The staff was very pleasant and gracious to our requests.

The beach closest to the Hotel is not a very nice beach though, way too many shells and 'stuff' for sun bathing or sand castles. However it is an excellent place to find some lovely shells. But the hotel pool is more than adequate for sun bathing and swimming, plus with the bay just outside your door, you can enjoy water sports on your door step.

The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortably work for three/four or maybe even a family of five, if you can manage with one bath! We would recommend the hotel to any, but have other favorite beaches in the Florida area.

Great location on Sand Key, Clearwater Beach. Rooms face the bay, and are walking distance to the beach (but not on the beach). Wonderful pool with waterfall -- great for the kids. Dunkin donuts and breakfast shop within walking distance, but we drove into town for dinner. (Try Frenchy's in Clearwater beach (5 minute drive) or the italian/greek place right over the causeway (less than 5 minutes).)

We happened to be there on the weekend of the Ironman World Championships. The town arranged for excellent free bus transportation into town (to the race). On other days, the town runs a trolley system -- so excellent public transportation.

This was a excellent resort and the service and all the staff made us fell so special. we would go back in the future.
can't say enough. the special we got for afree night stay and the reasonable nights stay for the other nights was awesome as well. thank tou Skoosh.

a fantastic stay, hotel was spotless and full of lots to do, and had some very good local restaurants over looking the harbour, a perfect location. Highly recommend to all.
A very good value for money, most impressed by the views from the hotel as we saw sting rays and dolphins !!!
