We found the rooms very small compared to other hotels we stayed at, I don't know how they expect 2 people in a standard room with 2 suit cases, not very much cupboard space, to fit into this room and be comfortable. We paid over $420 per night which was probably inflated due to large exhibition on at the time. We found the lift very slow even though it's only 3 floors and the internet was frustrating. The position of the hotel was great and the hotel was clean but we found the staff at breakfast very inexperienced, an example was when we finished a portion and we left the table to get something else, they cleared the pervious plate and cutlery but did not put out new cutlery so you are always hunting to find replacement cutlery.

The hotel was excellent, nice rooms, however did not like the music played in the hallways. The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was great! I would stay again in this hotel on my next trip to Cologne.

The hotel was conveniently located, just 10 min walk to the Cathedral and markets. Room was very nice, and breakfast was good. It was good value for the money.

Very Large Rooms, Clean, Nice Sauna and good breakfast. Good central location next to a metro stop. Recommended.

Good location, not bed breakfast, but fhe front desk staff without any knowledge about the city, airport transportation possibilities ect.

Per Zufall hier gelandet kann ich nur dem Zufall danken.Die Ausstattung entspricht den Standards eines Normalreisenden. Aber wo sonst findet sich ein solch gut funktionierendes Team zusammen, das in der Lage ist, über die Gastfreudlichkeit hinaus eventuelle Probleme mit leichter, humorvoller Hand zu lösen und Wärme und Freundlickeit auszustrahlen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein? Meine Benotung (ich bin ja Prof!): 9,8/10

The staff on reception were all pleasant and helpful and spoke perfect english. The room, although small, was clean, bright, and comfortable and provided a restful haven at the end of each day's hectic sightseeing. Situated 15 to 20 minutes walk from main shopping and tourist areas but with access to nearby tram/subway stations if you don't fancy walking. Lots of cafes & restaurants close by. Breakfast fare was varied and good quality - but get there at least 45 minutes before closing time as they start clearing things away quite early. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

We found the staff there throughout our stay to be very friendly and extremely helpful.
The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable and really good value for money especially as breakfast included the nearest that you could get to a full English breakfast.
Our room overlooked the Heumarkt Christmas market, that's how well this hotel is situated and, with the windows open the sounds of people enjoyimg themselves and smells from the various food stall added to the experience.
One piece of advice to those dining out in the evenings of the Christmas markets is to plan, with the use of Colognes tourist office, and book your tables at particular restaurants 6 months out.
Well done to all at the hotel and thank you for your service.

Good Central Hotel near Colone Rail Station and the Dom as it's location is tucked around the corner from the station it was reasonable quiet .Easy access to the Centre of Colone.
Clean well equipped rooms. helpful staff, Good Buffet Breakfast selection. We would recommend.

Yes, we would recommend this hotel to others. The rooms were large by European standards and the tile and marble floors were kept very clean. The breakfast was quite adequate and the service in all areas was exemplary.

Great hotel with parking garage, good breakfast, rooms not huge but for the price within the close proximety of the centre its not bad. Great for christmas market visiting as less than 10 min walk to first of many markets. If you want to eat in the steak restaurant in hotel would recommend booking, we didnt and it was full, looks lovely though!

We would recommend this room.
It is unfortunate that like a lot of continental European hotels they give two single beds jammed together rather than one big bed, but apart from that we loved the room and building and staff.
Our expectations were more than met.
