The staff at the Comfot Hotel Osterport, Copenhagen is excellent. They were very helpful. The worst thing was our linens were NEVER changed. And we were there seven nights. They cleaned the room, made the bed but would not change the linen. Also pay attention to all the hidden charges. Television cost fifteen dollars a day. There is a fee for exchanging Traveller's Checks when the exchage takes place and a fee will be applied to your room. If you need a room that is close to everything this is the place to stay. If you are looking for a home away from home...my advice would be to stay at home.

Excellent hotel. Comfy beds. Great service. Nice brekky.
Internet free in foyer - liked this a lot. Hot drinks free all day.
Only problem was that the bathroom smelled badly of drains - the hotel say they have a problem with their drains and they are fixing it.

Rooms were a good size with adequate bathroom and t.v. Hairdryer came as standard but no kettle...and beverages and breakfasts very expensive. Bit of a walk from centre but handy for the Little Mermaid. The train station was extremely close...just opposite which could take you to many places including Sweden. The hotel ran alongside the traintracks which was a little noisy but not overly so.

This is the second time i have stopped at a Comfort hotel in Copenhagen and as i have commented before, would recommend and stay again at these hotels which for me were good, clean, comfortable and competively priced. i particulately liked the positions of both hotels which suited my needs perfectly thank you.

Dear all, this hotel is right across the road from the rail station. Only 4-5 stops direct from the airport When you come out of the station look up and you can see their flag flying. Very easy to find. There is one bad point and that is the railtrack runs right alongside the Hotel,so in summer with the window open it will be very loud as trains run every 10 mins or so. It is very well located for down town acess only 10.15 mins by foot to the center. Supermarket next to station, Hotel food at night orders up from Pitzza.
