Older hotel right in the heart of everything.
Room included breakfast, tea and dinner.
Hot/cold buffet including eggs, meat, cheese, etc.
Great customer service.
Formerly an apartment building, so lots of small
elevators, stairways and long halls.
Location makes up for any problems.
Clean and well maintained.
Would highly recommend.

Good breakfast
Good evening buffet (served every day, practical on arrival)
Very small room, not properly ventilated and warm (air-condition was not adjustable)
Very good location, walking distance to everything and anything
Perfect hotel for mini-holidays where you plan to be little inside, but to enjoy the city as much as possible.

Wonderful breakfast buffet, free evening buffet with hot and cold foods, espresso machine available always. Very conveniently located 5- 10 min. walk from Nyhavn and Kongens Nytorv Metro and Stroget, My single room was, not unexpectedly, small. The twins and doubles were larger. Very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi, as well as computers to use in the lobby if you don't have your own. Fresh fruit in the lobby all day long.

Centrally located, very cosy and quiet, a bit old fashioned hotel with very nice atmosphere. Recommended for people liking privacy and quiet atmosphere.

Very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are a fair size and have a comfy bed. The best thing about the hotel is the great location, close to the palace, Nyhaven and the main shopping area. It is a much nicer location than many other hotels around the central station area. I would recomend this to other people.

Very comfortable, though our room was a bit hot even with heating off and air conditioning on. Room was more than adequate for a short break though a little cramped. Very good room service. Reception very courteous and efficient. Excellent central situation. To be recommended.

Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. Good location, easy walking distance to the major attractions of Copenhagen. Room itself was very well furnished and the bathroom was first rate. Only negative was the cost of breakfast if not included in room price (125DKK) and lack of drink making facilities in the room, although if you want cold drinks, the shop on the corner is excellent.

We had a lovely time in Copenhagen, made better by having a fantastic hotel.

Rooms adequate.Breakfast very good.In a very nice area indeed (near Nyhavn & Palaces) Handy little general store on corner of Street about 25 metres away. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Most certainly would recommend. Situated in an ideal location to venture around the lovely NyHavn. Also, next to the ferry port for a day trip to Malmo, which was wonderful! The hotel itself was clean and friendly with a decent breakfast to set off the day. The only downside was no tea/coffe making facilities in the room, although you could get a drink at your leisure from the breakfast room.
