Det som trakk ned for oss var at det lukter forferdelig røyk i etasjen vi bodde på.
Det var ingen Minibar på rommet
Lite rom og seng for 2 personer
Lunken kaffe på frokostbordene

I was in a really tough spot as my flight from Greenland was delayed and I had to overnight in in Copenhagen. Through Skooch I located the Grand Hotel which was extremely close to the central station so that I could get there quickly from the airport and back for the early flight. The room was very good and the bed comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a real treat. I will stay at the Grand again.

Not a bad place to stay. A couple complaints. The room smelled like cigarette smoke pretty badly. I know that all of Denmark just switched over to being non-smoking in hotels, but they obviously made no effort to clean their old rooms. The wireless internet service was pitiful: very slow and the signal barely reached to my room on the 5th floor. Maybe it was better on lower levels, but that wasn't much help to me. The restaurant downstairs had pretty terrible service. I know that waiters in Europe are not as attentive as ones in America, but the service was an order of magnitude worse than anywhere else in Denmark. But on the whole it was a really nice hotel. I got a great price on it and for what I paid, my complaints are more annoyances than anything else.

This hotel, Grand Copenhagen, has 4 stars, but I think 3 stars is enough. Very small rooms, no AC. I was very surprised. The breakfast and the staff were great.
