The hotel eas ok, but we did not get the bed that we order- Qween/King zise, just to twin beds:( Also when we was going to eat breakfast, we had to wait because it was to small dining room!(?) I have never seen a hotel where guests will have to wait in a long queue to get into the dining room!!! It was near the Tivoli and the train station.

I had read some disappointing reviews but since they were from a few years back I hoped for the best. The best is what I got. The hotel was spotless, newly renovated with a staff that was not only helpful but quite friendly. On arrival I assumed the street noise might be an issue but my room was soundproofed to the max. My single room was of good size and space efficient with many amenities. The location couldn't be more traveler friendly. The main station is in easy walking distance (2-3 blocks) and the tourist "city circle" buses are within one block with regular bus routes crisscrossing the area. Breakfast was included and was a feast with many choices. I have never taken pictures of a room before but this time I did to prove to my friends what a terrific deal I got.

Was unable to stay at Hotel Imperial due to renovation work. I wasn't warned of this in advance by Skoosh, so presumably the Hotel Imperial didn't inform yourselves. However, I was transferred to another nearby 4-star hotel, 71 Nyhavn, at no extra cost. I did find the Staff at the Hotel Imperial most courteous and helpful.
