Bahama Bay Resorts & Spa is a 3 star hotel in Davenport. Location 32 km from Orlando, 46 km from Central Florida Fairgrounds and 50 km from Orlando International Airport. This resort is set within 70 acres of lush, tropical gardens, white sands and shimmering waters and is just minutes away from Orlando's most exciting attractions. You can even view the Disney fireworks from the Clubhouse balcony! Suites include two- and three-bedroom villas with the following amenities: Full-size Kitchens, Living and Dining Rooms, 2 baths, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, Private Balconies, 24-hour security. Bahama Bay activities include volleyball, basketball, swimming, tennis and fishing. The hotel features a 17,000 square foot clubhouse featuring a mini-movie theatre, Mambo's bar and grille, Internet access, arcade, gift shop and the Tradewinds Restaurant located on property with beautiful views over Lake Davenport serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I would recommend this resort to anyone intending to visit the disney area. It's only a short drive to Disney world.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. Everything you need is provided in your suite, including travel cot and high chair. We were given a lovely room beside the pool, restaurant and lake and overlooking a pond. We enjoyed our stay and would liked to have had more time to use the facilities. My only negative comment is that some of the furniture was quite worn.
I would definitely return to the resort.

This is our third year staying at the Bahama Bay. The condos we have found to be very clean and spacious. The pools are a little on the small size. It does have a nice fitness center with some lovely walking trails. One does need a car as restaurants and shopping are not within walking distance. I would more than likely stay here again.
