I was impressed with the customer service. I booked a non-smoking, oceanview room with a kitchenette. I was given a smoking room without a kitchenette upon arrival. The front desk changed my room twice, trying to accommodate me with an appropriate room. I didn't have a kitchenette, but I was given a very nice non-smoking room on one of the top floors that had an oceanview, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The decor was very nice. I will book this hotel next year.

After travelling for 21 hours it was great to walk into reception & have a happy checkin receptionist all the staff are very polite with nothing too much trouble this was the second visit to this hotel & will certainly book this hotel through skoosh again next year thanks everyone .

Definitely recommend if you're not looking for a chain hotel. The FREE continental breakfast has plenty to offer, including hard-boiled eggs! The grounds/walk on the beach was spectacular, the room was clean, very spacious and more than accommodating. My expectations were met. And the price was fantastic! It is the quieter end of the "strip" - but only a 5minute drive to the hub-bub and nightlife.

This was a maximum 3 star hotel room. Black scuff marks on wall, possibly from luggage should have been painted. Chairs needed help., looks like someone ironed on it. Definitely not worth the money we spent, but prices rise drastically during Speedweeks. Found lower rates at this hotel which would be acceptable for this room not during Speedweeks
