Crystal Sands is an intimate, quiet property located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Consisting of two Gulf-front, 3-story low-rise condominium buildings in Destin's Crystal Beach area, all units face the dazzling white sand beaches and offer breathtaking views. Many units have hall bunks, whirlpool bath, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Special property amenities include a seasonally heated pool, the beach boardwalk and an outside shower.

Conveniently located near the heart of Destin, you'll find lots to do. Reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
