Located on Destin's quiet side and directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, each unit sleeps up to six with hall bunks. Property amenities include a private balcony, fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, a seasonally heated pool, on-site laundry facilities and some units come with a washer/dryer.

1 bedroom includes a king bed, 2 bunk beds, a Queen includes sofa sleeper. Reservations must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
