Clean comfortable and very convenient. Keep going back. Prefer it to the Clarion. Apart from the worst rubbery fried egg in the world on Tuesday last, breakfast is fresh varied and plentiful. Staff friendly, beer cold if a little bit dearer than I'd wish to pay. Good value for Dublin, even though I was in a single room. Bit of confusion when I was checking out. I'd already paid but the booking company had not sent the payment through.Not Jury's fault, but I was given a bit of hard time about it from a rather brusque woman at reception.- she had an attitude that is not compatible with the hospitality industry. I had to show my mail on my laptop to prove I'd booked and paid. The manager was more helpful however and gave me his name for future reference. I like. I like it a lot.

The hotel was under pressure due to Lady Gaga playing the night before and the night in question. Although our room wasn't ready when we got there the staff were faultless!! Room was shining, had great view over liffey. Just ten mins to o connell st, five to busaras and connelly and twenty to O2! was great

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, the buffet in the evening was lovely and reasonably priced. It is a nice warm hotel, close to everything. Only a 10 min walk to the O2 arena, and 15 min walk to henry street. Clean and pleasant, and a lovely breakfast.

The Jurys inn is a well known company, so you know what to expect.... the hotel is situated right near the Liffey, which was lovely.... only about 5-10mins walk to the city centre!
The breakfast was very good, we went in at gone 10am both days and the food was still hot and fresh....
The lobby area and bar are welcoming and nice to sit down there in the evening for a coffe/tea....
The only problem we came across during our stay was on the last day our shower wouldn't work.... but it wasnt the end of the world and we didnt even bother to tell reception, we just washed our hair in the sink....
The rooms are spactious and there's a good selection of TV channels....
I would definately stay at the Custom House Jurys Inn if I went to Dublin again!

I would recommend it to others.
The rooms were clean, the public areas were very well looked after but the food we had at 3pm was not of a great standard.
Via Skoosh the hotel was good value for money.
Our expectations were met.
