have to say i was very impressed with my room and would highly recommend anyone to stay there. The night porter was brilliant seen as i went to a concert and spent the rest of the night in the bar he never asked anyone to go to their rooms there was a crowd of us in the lobby having a right good chat til 4am. I would definitaly stay there again.

great customer service, the staff were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. the food was gorgeous. i would definately stay here again

I would recommend the Jurys Inn Custom House to everyone that goes to Dublin! The rooms were great and most of them are newly refurbished and most of the rooms also have a great view of the quay.

The hotel was fine, although a tad overpriced. The real issue for me was that I specifically booked a non-smoking room but there were none available. I found the room very smoky to the point that my sleeping was disturbed and my clothes ended up smelling of cigarettes. Not good. It is obvious that they don't have enough customers for their smoking rooms and so I think they should make them all non-smoking, as per most countries in Europe.
