A top class hotel.

Very enjoyable two night stay. We couldn't fault the customer service. The stay was not without its issues but in the end they were resolved very much to our satisfaction by Customer Service Executive JD. A bustling hotel, with lovely bedrooms. It was very difficult to find a seat in any public room even at 6pm. We had a superb meal in The Saddle Room restaurant. We will be returning to this first class hotel.

yes would recommend it to others staff very friendly and quick to look after me and my needs a bit on the dear side,but worth it for a special occasion yes and will go back again

The Ultimate Dublin Hotel Experience

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — The Shelbourne exceeds customer expectation in every respect. Their greatest asset is their staff; they are well trained, friendly and efficient. The Shelbourne also has its place in Irish History; and if you can afford it, get one of the suites at the front of the hotel. You can still see the bullet holes from the 1916 rising. We love the place and are happy to pay that bit extra for the privilege of staying at this magnificent monument to Irish hospitality.

Good solid Hotel

Overall a good solid hotel with fantastic breakfast. Location is excellent. Would feel more like a guest and less like a cash cow if WiFi were included (like virtually all other hotels, cafes, bars in the world) and not 20euros a day!

Excellent service at The Shelbourne Hotel

Would highly recommend a visit to The Shelborne Hotel. I would consider the hotel an ideal getaway for adults wishing to relax and recharge their batteries. I would rate the hotel an excellent four star due to some cleaning shortfalls in the bar but the food and service of all staff are absolutely five star. Will definitely be staying again.
