The breakfest was very good and the bedrooms was clean, but we did not get smokingroom,and we did not got any informations that it was a non smoking room, when we check inn,one off the staff was wery angry to us on saturday because we had smoked on the room on friday evening. He said it was only 6 smokingroom at the hotel, the other staff on the hotell was very nice.

A good clean hotel close to Haymarket station and Princes Steet. Part of a chain of similar modern hotels in Edinburgh this is well up to standard having stayed in them all. Helpful staff, small reception, good bar and breakfast would recommend quite happly.

Nice hotel, not too expensive, short walk into the city centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definetly use again.

Good value for money. Would definetly recommend making sure that you get breakfast included in your price. (We paid an extra 9p per night for our breakfast, but if you bought it seperatly it cost £13 each!)

Would recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to visit edinburgh and doesn't mind a short walk (about 10-15 mins) into the city centre. Regular buses from near the hotel to the airport and city centre for those who are not so keen on the walk.

The hotel staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful at all times of the day. Rooms were a little run down and small + noisy as my room faced the main road. However, the breakfast made up for it all.
