i would this hotel to others but would recommend that they ask for a room away from ain road as it is a bit noisy it was good value for money in a good central position and staff were friendly and helpful

Stayed for one night only so experiences limited. Checking in and out at reception was fast and efficient. Room was scrupulously clean and well furnished. Breakfast was OK - buffet for cereals, juice, cold selection with hot food and tea/coffee ordered (I prefer a buffet for everything). Did not try restaurant. All staff I encountered were polite and helpful. Very good value for money for a hotel of this quality.

Very good location for sightseeing, shopping and transport links. Helpful staff. No minibar but otherwise no complaints. Would recommend.

It was a very good location, with easy access to the shops and Princes street. We had difficulty finding out where to park, having driven around the 1 way a couple of times. The limited parking mentioned, is exactly that. There are only about 6 spaces outside. The subsidised carparking is not the NCP next door, so please be aware. We ended up paying £18 for overnight parking. A fairly pleasant stay, however, and a adequate breakfast. We would probably stay here again, and recommend it.

Very comfortable, very clean and very central to most attractions. We walked to most of them. Most of the staff were very helpful except one (concierge on leaving). Great breakfast every day whatever your taste or needs. Fantastic shower and bedroom. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend time in Edinburgh. Great value for money through Skoosh . Many thanks, weary but satisfied travellers.
