Have already recommended it to my work colleagues.
Location excellent, within walking distance of many attractions - especially the castle area.
Hop on bus starts from across the road.
Public bus service outside the hotel to take you to Leith.
Rooms very clean and newly re-furbished, views of the castle.
Plenty of choice on buffet breakfast to set you up for a day of sightseeing and endless tea/coffee.
Guidford Arms and Cafe Royal just around the corner for a well earned pint!
Very good value for money.

We were immediately impressed by the friendly staff and the contempory decor.The room was a good size and had impressive views. We were in the heart of the city so it was a perfect location for exploring the many cultural and eating /drinking haunts both in the old and new part. Breakfast was very good and we would definitely like to return to this hotel on future visits.
