staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely. local transport from hotel into town was excellent, we used this as, at the moment the streets are abit of a mess with roads dug up for the tram system. The room was clean and quiet, just we asked for.

An overnight stay in Edinburgh

Excellent location, Princess street is about 10 min walk.
Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was value for money as it was all you can eat..
We found the bar prices a bit expensive, a beer and a glass of wine was £8.35. Our room was on the road side so you could here the traffic at times.
We would definetly use this Inn again

Does everything you would expect for the price

Just what you would expect for a Premier Inn. Basic but relatively modern rooms were clean and comfortable. The location in the Haymarket area to the south end of Princess Street menas it is a 10 to 15 minute walk to most attractions. We stayed here as part of a rugby union trip to Murrayfield and being between the city and the stadium it suited well. Would stay here again for Rugby, but if going up for a show or night out we would probably get somewhere closer in if available.

This is a very affordable hotel, offering good service and friendly staff. Maybe not the most experienced staff but they compensates for that with friendly service and good communication. The Breakfast is abundant and does not disappoint you. The distance to Princes Street is about 10 min walk-time and about 15 minutes to the castle and the old City of Edinburgh. Can only recommend. Very nice weekend.

As a student, it was an excellent find, in terms of money and location. Very clean, very spacious room with a good bathroom and excellent facilities. I especially liked the beds, very comfy and spacious. The location was great, it was near the city centre and my boyfriend and I had no trouble getting anywhere by either public transport or walking.

Would definitely recommend this hotel!
