The rooms are very nice and clean, the beds were really comfortable. I am not sure what is wrong with their elevators, but the wait for an elavator was crazy, at some times we had to wait over 15 minutes for an elevator. For a twelve story hotel, that is way too long to have to stand and wait to go up or down. If you want to shop until you drop it is an awesome place to stay. There is lots to do for everyone. Galaxy land and the waterpark are super busy on a Saturday. Casino there too. You should make sure that passes to the waterpark or galazy land are included with your room. If you want to shop or play, this is a great place to stay. Skoosh has the best prices around, you guys are awesome. I will definitely book through skoosh again.

The hotel is nice. We received a free upgrade upon our arrival. It is very convenient to stay at the fantasyladn when visiting WEM, especially in the winter months. The mall and hotel do need a make-over though. It is somewhat dated and could use a new look. Other than that we loved our stay.

Our stay at the Fantasyland Hotel in Edmonton was an absolute delight. Since the Hotel is located in the West Edmonton Mall, we didn't have to go out in the cold except to get the shuttle back to the airport. Having so many shops, restaurants and bars under one roof was great. The Water park, Rink, Sea Lions, minature Golf, Bowling gave us plenty to keep busy. Our room was spacious, clean and offered a spectacular view with a price that was quite reasonable thanks to Skoosk.

Thank you Skoosh for saving me $380.00 , money well spent in the mall. I had read that the rooms on the 6,8,& 12th floor had been renovated so I requested in advance a room on the 6th floor. We arrived in Edmonton to -53 a little chilly for this Vancouver Island gal. The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was lovely, 2 cozy Qn beds, flat screen, fridge, huge tub in the bathroom and quite! Here are some mall tips: By the ship you can purchase coupon books for $11. if you plan on going to the pool or Galaxyland it offers a 2for 1 coupon. Also if you go to the wave pool ask if there is bungy jumping because if there is they will turn off the waves for hours and it's expensive. The mall restaurant's are lined up by 5pm. ENJOY we did.

This is a great hotel to stay at for a weekend of shopping. The room was very nice and clean, the staff was helpful, valet was great because finding a parking stall was not easy with so many people shopping for christmas. There were a lot of extra little expenses, valet was $12 per day, plus tip each time he parked or picked up the car which is minimum $5 each time because loonies and twoonies are not discreetly passed along so easily. Same for the bell hop. The restaraunt was very expensive, it cost $65 for my mom, my child and I to have a buffet breakfast. We did not have dinner there. It was very nice to be in the mall and not have to go outside at all if you didn't want to. All amenities are available there, a weekend is not long enought to see it all!
