Customer Rating:

THE GOOD--only 20 or 30 min. from Yosemite,The price, Clean room, Housekeeping service every day, Good restaurant on site with good service and food.
THE NOT SO GOOD-- Very poor lighting in room, Inconsistent with availability of towels at the indoor pool, Expensive Wi-Fi, No computer or printer for printing airline boarding passes and tickets.
Overall this is a good hotel and would recommend it for the price.

clean and pleasant room where everything was in order. Not too far from the park. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. Good value for money, considering it's Yosemite. Restaurants could improve though.

Nice location in 30 minutes from Yosemite Valley area. But hotel was a little shabby. if you want to have more upscale one, you'd stay at Yosemite View Lodge 7 or 8 miles east from this hotel.

Having traveled 3,000 miles, we requested another room and got one that reeked of mold but the view was of the mountain. We got what we asked for but not in the spirit of pleasing the customer. There are two restaurants. One served hot dogs and hamburgers. How could anyone screw up a veggie burger? The dinning room was good the first night we dined there but the second, service was bad and same meal was mediocre. I would suggest staying closer to Yosemite Valley due to the

The hotel itself was fine, but the staff was not overly friendly. We had a couple of front desk issues, and the staff seemed unwilling to help. The restaurant at the hotel is nice, but costly, so beware if you are planning on eating there. The rooms could use an update, but were clean and in working order. It's a great place if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night, but I don't think I would stay there for an extended period of time!
