The hotel is situated in the historical centre of the city, easy to reach from Santa Maria Novella railway station and a little more than 30 minutes from Amerigo Vespucci airport. This is an excellent 2-star property with an ideal location. D. O 02. 2009. This is an historical building. The hotel has a breakfast room only. The hotel offers 29 nice rooms located on 3 floors, with direct-dial telephone, TV and fan. The rooms allocated have an "external" private bathroom. The lobby is small in size but very nice and welcoming. 20 kms to the nearest airport (peretola).

As of July 2011 Florence is introducing a new city tax to be paid by the guest to the hotel directly prior to their departure. This will be charged up to a maximum of 10 days, per person per day (excluding children under 10 years old). The tax rate ranges from € 1.00 per day for a 1 star hotel to € 5.00 per day for 5 star hotels.
