This is a very nice 3-star property with an ideal location in the heart of the old town. DO 04. 2008 This small, pretty hotel is located in the old part of the town only few minutes walk from the Dome and all touristic attractions. The hotel is located on the third floor of the building. The hotel is housed in an old palace from the Renaissance period, where an old cardinal used to live. The hotel is located on the third floor of the building. There are no lifts. All the rooms are beautifully furnished, with dark modern furniture and luminous natural lighting. Many rooms have a view of Brunelleschi's dome, and every guest can enjoy a magnificent terrace with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city. Additionally, each room is equipped with a private bathroom facility, satellite television, and heating and air conditioning regulated by the guest.

As of July 2011 Florence is introducing a new city tax to be paid by the guest to the hotel directly prior to their departure. This will be charged up to a maximum of 10 days, per person per day (excluding children under 10 years old). The tax rate ranges from € 1.00 per day for a 1 star hotel to € 5.00 per day for 5 star hotels.
