The hotel was very clean. The staff courteous , and it surely met our expectations. It was of good value for the money we paid. Further more it is centrally situated, very near the train station. I would highly recommend it to my friends and all travellers.

I booked last minute with Skoosh on line and was very happy with the booking process and the hotel. It is very well situated only a few minutes walk from the central train station and right next to the market street vendors near all the main sites. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was a buffet style and was excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. The room was small, but perfectly fit my needs. The only negative is that I had to pay extra for their internet service. The signal was not very strong, but they said they were working on it. I will stay there again and would recommend it.

Would stay in this hotel again if I returned to Florence. Within 5 minutes walking distance of main train station, and also within 5 minutes walk of main attractions, and the shopping streets and the Duomo. Great breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, nice powerful shower, and a bath. Also a nice foyer area in the hotel with a bar. Right beside San Lorenzo market which is great to browse through.

Pros: Less than 10 mins walk to the station Quick walk to most sights Lots of restaurants and shops and banks close by Friendly staff, professional service. Good Cappuccino
Cons: The rooms are a bit old Can be noisy, mostly due to plumbing(i.e. when other people take a shower, you'll know) We had to change our room because the first room we got had a smell that's hard to get used to. (Not sure what kind of smell it was though...)
Overall, it's a good stay for the price we paid. Would recommend to others.

The rooms was small, very dull with dark colored comforter. The hotel refused to give us an iron box to iron our clothes. Compared to the European standards, the hotel was good for the money paid. Mind you, they won't let more than 2 people stay in the room; even if it's a small kid, you've to switch to a bigger room for a higher rate.
The breakfast was nice with cereal, several fresh/canned fruits, eggs, ham for meat eaters, bread, croissant, etc.
Overall, it's a good hotel to stay comfortably for a night or two for a cheap price.
