This is a family run hotel which is ideal for its location and quality. D. O. 02. 2009 The hotel is located in the heart of Florence, just one minute walk to the Dome and near all the major historical attractions of the city. The hotel is situated in a traditional building dated 1600s. Lobby is small in size, wooden furnished. At the left side of the reception desk, there is part of the sitting area composed by comfortable green sofas. The walls are white coloured. Rooms are medium in size and furnished in a traditional and simple florentine style.

As of July 2011 Florence is introducing a new city tax to be paid by the guest to the hotel directly prior to their departure. This will be charged up to a maximum of 10 days, per person per day (excluding children under 10 years old). The tax rate ranges from € 1.00 per day for a 1 star hotel to € 5.00 per day for 5 star hotels.
