Paris is a 3 star hotel in Florence. The magic of the city and Paris hotels typical Florentine style will make a guests stay unforgettable. The hotel is located in the city centre and can be easily reached on foot since it is only some hundred metres from the S. Maria Novella railway station, the Duomo and other amazing monuments and museums. The hotels services and personnel will provide guests with all comforts and information they may need to spend their time in the best possible way. The hotel building is classical of the 16th century as an upscale Renaissance mansion and particularly pleasing to the eye. The wonderful halls of the Paris are adorned with frescoes and stained-glass windows and the hotel's beautiful terrace offers a wonderful view of the city's monuments. The Paris was totally restored in 2000, which has lead to the 67 rooms and one presidential suite being decorated in attractive and elegant styles. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning system, private bathroom, mini bar, satellite colour television, hairdryer and direct dial telephone. Each room is decorated differently and some rooms overlook the Duomo and Cappelle Medicee. Room service is available and non smoking rooms are obtainable. Pets are welcome to stay in all guest rooms. During breakfast a buffet service is offered in the breakfast room to guests who can choose among a huge variety of cereals, fresh fruit, sweet and salted pastry, salami and cold pork meats, cheese, fruit juices and much more. Although the hotel does not have its own in house restaurant, there are a number of great value restaurants and dining outlets nearby. The hotel additionally offers a car hire facilities, a laundry service, as well as a garage nearby and pick-up and delivery service. At the Paris Hotel guests can really take in the atmosphere of an authentic Florentine mansion. (Chargeable car park nearby)

My husband, our friends, and I loved the Paris Hotel. All staff were very friendly, very helpful and spoke English. The hotel, itself, is unique and although it is starting to show it's age, is still a beauty. One of the major attractions, aside from the hotel, is that it is close to everything. It is easy walking distance to the train station, the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, and the Galleria dell' Accademia and to an incredible number of churches,cathedrals and basilicas. The staff will recommend places nearby to eat and will even phone to make a reservation for you. The rooms were clean, fairly spacious and if you were lucky, had incredible views out the windows. The breakfasts were excellent - the food was plentiful and varied - coffee was great and the breakfast room is a must see - it is glorious. We highly recommend it.

The Hotel Paris is a great place. It is centrally located to the
central area of Florence and a short walk from the train station. Also, it is on a very quiet street and the people who
tend to stay there are very pleasant and considerate. The
rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is generous. Being an old palace, it is a special environment.
I have stayed here twice and will return again when life beckons me back to Florence.

The Hotel Paris is situated a short walk from the train/bus station and major sites are easily accessible. It's in a busy, bustling part of the city, but clean, safe and lively. The common areas of the Hotel are lovely: wide marble stairs, frescoed ceilings, stained glass, and a wonderful roof top garden to take your coffee or drinks! Our room was probably was of the poorest they had to offer- rather dark and with absolutely no view- however we liked everything else about the hotel and would highly reccomend it. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Nice place. Very clean. A single room is small, but that was expected. Good value. The hallways were big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good for walking. Also a plus, is that it is on a quiet street and you can drive there, after you learn how. The only downside, which they have in common with every other hotel on the planet, is the lighting for us older women who need magnifying mirrors and enough light to put on makeup. I brought my own magnifying mirror 15x and had nowhere to put it where there was enough light.
