Stayed: Aug 2009

Pros:
Located strategically in the center of Florence in close walking distance from everything worth visiting.
The staff is helpful and courteous.
The hotel will also arrange for your car to be picked up and go to parking, which is VERY important in Italy.
Rooms are spacious and clean.

Cons:
Breakfast is rather low quality.
No laundry service.
Expensive WiFi 10€/24hours - access only in the lobby not the rooms.
