This a good property facing the Arno River, ideal for exploring the city. Hotel also has some private parking and car hire facilities. DO 02. 2009 Situated in a XVIII century building along the Arno river, just a short walking distance from Florence's historic centre and across from Santa Croce Square. Hotel is in keeping with Florentine style. Lobby is small in size. All rooms have TV, direct dial telephone, air-conditioning and fridge-bar. Bathrooms also have hairdryer.

As of July 2011 Florence is introducing a new city tax to be paid by the guest to the hotel directly prior to their departure. This will be charged up to a maximum of 10 days, per person per day (excluding children under 10 years old). The tax rate ranges from € 1.00 per day for a 1 star hotel to € 5.00 per day for 5 star hotels.

We loved the Privilege Hotel

The owners felt like family. They helped us learn Italian, booked the greatest tour, and always were helpful and gracious. The room was large and felt comfortable, it was a great value for the money. We even added an extra night because we loved Florence and the hotel so much.
