Very basic independent apartaments with ideal location. D. O 02. 2009 All the apartaments are housed on the 5th floor (no lift available) and located Via Della Terme a quiet street next to the famous area of Via De Tornabuoni heart of the historical centre of Florence; very close to Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, Museo degli Uffizi and Lungarno Vespucci **VERY IMPORTANT**Key Collection only from 10 am till 5 pm Monday to Friday - Arrivals outside office hours and on Saturdays and Sundays must be advised 3 days prior to arrival. An ancient restored building from 1500 All the apartments are nicely decorated and of good standard. They are fully equipped with TV, kitchen and independent heating.

As of July 2011 Florence is introducing a new city tax to be paid by the guest to the hotel directly prior to their departure. This will be charged up to a maximum of 10 days, per person per day (excluding children under 10 years old). The tax rate ranges from € 1.00 per day for a 1 star hotel to € 5.00 per day for 5 star hotels.
