The [hidden] Plantaion is located close to golf courses, Flamingo Gardens, and the Florida Everglades. The rooms are clean, fairly spacious and well equipped with mini kitchens. The complimentary breakfast is nice but quite basic - there is hot food available but this runs out early on with some guests taking food back to their rooms, which is a shame as there is a good buffet when all the food is available. There's a fitness center and a heated outdoor pool as well as a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. The Fashion/Broward Mall and Sawgrass Mills Mall are both nearby. The staff are pleasant and friendly.
