The hotel is very well located near the beach and public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also a 24 hour shop on the premises. The hotel is very clean and has two swimming pools. Great value for money

Rooms were nice and the rest of the hotel were average. Pool was adequate but there was no jaccuzzi

The hotel was just off the beach next to a number of other hotels along the same strip. Although separated by a 4-lane roadway, a catwalk with an elevator was available for those who might not want to cross the roadway. A quick drive from FLL (Fort Lauderdale International Airport), the hotel was located in a nice area, within easy walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. A quick drive (~10 minutes) to Las Olas (also told the Water Taxi was easily accessible but did not verify), the hotel was also close to local museums (Dali, MOMA). The room being reported on was standard/fine (clean but not exceptional). The hotel provided typical bathroom essentials (e.g., lotion, shampoo, hairdryers). However, wireless was not available (although dial-up was), and room reported on did not provide a refrigerator. The hotel also offered guests outdoor/indoor restaurant dining with enjoyable but expensive fare at the lobby level, as well as a 24-hour “cafe.” Patrons with vehicles could pay for guest or valet parking. Overall the Sheraton Yankee Trader provided a comfortable but unexciting stay.

The hotel was in the perfect location right on the beach and a close walk to all the attractions. The hotel itself was also extremely nice. The hotel rooms were clean, and the service was really good. I would definitely stay there again if I were in Ft. Lauderdale.
