I would recommend this hotel to my friends very professionally run, clean, and grounds were keep clean, very helpful staff, pleasure to talk with. The value was well worth it and are expectations were met. Thanks for the pleasant stay and we will be back next yaer for our February cruise.

The hotel was not as clean as we would have liked. The floor had not been vacuumed and the bathroom showed signs of mildew/rust. The positive was that the bed was very comfortable.

The only dissappointment i would say is that i asked for a double bed and they gave me 2 singles.They said they would change me over but they never did. The first room they gave me the chair was absolutely filthy with dried up white stains on the office desk chair. I asked to be removed as i felt dirty in that room as if it had not been cleaned properly, the staff who booked me in looked at me as if to say so what. I was not amused at all. The pillows where a bit uncomfatable. The breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly but they did not know much about the area if you asked them how to get to the beach, shopping malls etc and other guest saiod they did not go out of their way to try and find out where certain places where for guest to visit. When you rang reception the phone was kept ringing for a while, i did notice that on a few occasions when i passed reception. But overall a plesant place to stay.
