Upon completion yes - but not yet. Good value and good location. A/C did not work in first room. Got free upgrade. Maid service was sub-par.

Not at this time. Some renovations have been completed but the hotel needs much more. The first room had leaking plumbing after the first day which could not be fixed. We moved rooms and it was somewhat better. Each room had very poor shower drains and room cleaning was spotty (beds made, towel service, and vacuuming only) sinks/mirrors/counter top was not cleaned. Hotel is in the midst of renovations but this floor had been done already and needs some more attention. Location is great as was the price and the staff was helpful.

hotel have everything that everybody needs on vacation, very close to beach (30 m). very clean, renovated, quite, fridge, microwave, a/c works perfect, hotel service great, personel exelente. for that amount of money, maybe great hotel on the beach. hotel stuffs is from europe, students, russians, belorussians, very helpful and nice. the best thing is that market shop is across the street, 2 minutes by walk, you can save on food. family type of hotel. it would stay in my memory as great romantic place. thx

Hotel was about par for a beach side place. A little musty smelling in the halls, but the room was neat and clean. All amenities were there. Pool is well kept and tiki bar was great for the short rains. Beach was also clean. Small shopping center across the street had some nice eateries and the hotel restaurant was good food at a reasonable price.
Would stay there again.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was clean and location was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We loved staying in a hotel that was right on the beach. They also have a beautiful outdoor pool complex as well. Pier and shops about 1/2 mile down the road. Hotel is still under renovation but our room was beautifully decorated and spotless. Excellent value for the money. Only problem we had was you had to run the water about 45 minutes before you could get a hot shower.

The restaurant Damon's Grill is adjacent to the hotel and we had a great lunch there. Food was delicious and prices were reasonable.

We only stayed one night this trip but would definitely come back on our next trip to Florida.
