the Confort Suites was nice clean and they had a friendly staff. They picked us up from the airport to the cuise line and back to the airport at the end of our trip.

Very pleased with the hotel and the service provided. Excellent location for both the port and the airport but not too many facilities nearby. Easy to reach by taxi the main attractions for those spending a couple of days. Can't really understand the criticisms of other reviewers as the hotel is very good value for the price and it's location. Well run and organised free shuttle services took away the worry of transportations. Would certainly use the hotel again.

We chose to stay at the Comfort Suites Airport & Cruise Port mainly because of the shuttle service provided from the Airport and to the Cruise port. Several other hotels would have met our criteria for comfort and cleanliness. Our shuttle from airport to hotel was fine - but when we checked in we were told there were no free shuttles available to take us to the cruise port until 2:00 the day we sailed. Not only was that too close to our sail time - the hotel check out was 11:00 and we would have had to sit for 3 hours which was not acceptable. We ended up having to pay $5.00 each for transport that we did not expect and the group we traveled with and had recommended this hotel to had to pay also. We are not very happy with this service.
