Very nice hotel. Clean, interior & exterior ! Perfect location at Ft. Myers Beach for walks on the beach to the town square. The hotel staff was extremely helpful & polite. I requested a lower level floor so our first assigned room was 2nd floor with a view of the air condioners on a flat roof . The hotel worked quickly with us to accommodate and change our room. No smoking rooms but did find a burn in carpet in 2nd assigned room. Overall experience was pleasurable.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The room was on the fifth floor and had a beautiful view of the gulf and the sunset however it was above the air conditioning units and dumpster area which were quite noisy. The food in Cloe's was good but a little pricey for the quantity and quality of the food. Great little bars/restaraunts within walking distance of the resort. The pool area was comfortable with the exception that by the afternoon the pool was filled with children that were quite loud, throwing balls, doing cannonballs etc. which made it difficult to relax or enjoy the pool without getting splashed or hit.
