Comfortable stay in the family suite

The set-up of the family room works well with small children. We had a little trouble with the Skoosh voucher and the staff not understanding it. The only negative thing about the hotel is there were A LOT of flies inside the lobby and breakfast area. It was cold, so windows weren't open. We had to keep swatting at them so they weren't all over our breakfast, but I'm sure they were on the items on the buffet.
