- Yes.
- Some room services not met the requirment. like iron and iron board, tea & coffee maker, Bathrobes and
Slippers not available in the room. also Bus shatel rate very expensive.
- It's fare.

It is centrally located and is very comfortable. Every staff member tried to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the place is good. I get allergy very quickly if the place is dusty and if it is not clean but there was no such problem with this hotel. We stayed on 3 rd floor and it was good. There's was a nice view of park from our window. Free wifi was the icing on the cake.

This was good value for the money. Right above the train station and there is a walkway to the airport. NB: it is not well marked and so is hard to find. Go up one level from the Fernbahnhof, walk the length of the hall to Starbucks, then up another level. However, the hotel itself is very pleasant, near restaurants, and I had extremely pleasant and helpful staff upon checking in. Every amenity a traveler could want.
Lastly, it is quite a long way from Terminal Two, so if you are rushed in the morning, it would be more convenient to stay at an area hotel that has a shuttle right to your check-in counter.

For those looking for a decent hotel near the Main station and not too close to the red light district, this hotel will be a good choice. Staffs were friendly and room size was ok.

Good and clean with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast facilities and a full late night bar. Located next to the central station. Down side was the bed was far too soft and no coffee/tea making facilities. Would recommend hotel highly.

I highly recommend The Pure. It was our second stay at the hotel and it fulfilled all our needs. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is of high quality. The staff is friendly, good sauna and an excellent treadmill. The Pure is good value for money.

I really highly recommend this hotel because we got everything we expected. First of all the location is excellent, it's central and all the interesting places are within walking distance. The staff and service are excellent, breakfast is good and you can get tea or coffee 24 hours a day. The only thing is that the rooms are rather small, but they are clean and have all conveniences. If you travel in summer and want an air-conditioned room you should ask for one when checking-in or booking the hotel as not all the rooms in the hotel are air-conditioned.

Fantastic central location beside the main train station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Cora at reception was very helpful and pleasant.
The breakfast was ok but choice was quite limited. As the location was so good there was a lot of noise from the traffic below. Excellent value for money and would stay there .

Great location, equidistant between the train station and the centre of town, rooms were lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and I would definitely stop there again.

Good value for money for a city hotel. 4*, old building but well maintained. I have stayed in several other 4* hotels in the vicinity and they do not compare well the Monopol. Excellent and friendly service.

This was our fourth stay , and we highly recommended it, good breakfast buffet, nice and gourmet dinner place, very cosy, and high clean. High value for the money I paid.

Rooms are in need of refurbishment to live up to the 5 star expectation. For instance, the tv sets are ancient and so are some floor fittings.

If you are looking for a hotel to stay overnight waiting for your flight this. one is great compared to the others that i have stayed at. The shuttle took a little longer than what i wold like but not enough to keep me from coming back next time i am passing through. The carpet in the room should have been changed out. They obviously had used some cleaner that discolored it but it was clean. This is one of the reasons it did not get 5 stars. The employees were a very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was usual European buffet. If i wanted it, it was there. For the money this was an exceptional value. In general it met my expectations for what i paid but I could not call this a five star hotel.

This is a clean hotel, good location, but one big disadvantage -they do not accept early arriving. So after flight from Toronto toFrancfurt during night I had to wait 6 hours because flight arrival was at about 8 am.
I will not recommend this hotel to anybody with early arriving flights.

Clean , well maitained equipments , big space , good breakfast .
Only thing not so good is the internect still costs EURO12 per 24 hours while most of the hotel provides free internet .

Clean room, slow elevator, very close to the main train station to reach the airport or Germany - it's also in the middle of the "red light district"
Clean room, decent wireless internet, great value.

I would recommend this hotel:
-it was value for money
-friendly staff
-clean facilities like sauna and fitness room
-clean room and bath
-windows sound proof, couldnt hear the trains
-for this price standard in Frankfurt it was outstanding:

> lugguage room was safe, the door was locked
