I would reccommend this hotel to friends and family. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately during our stay there was a wedding reception and large tour party who all celebrated well into the early hours, especially outside. Our only complaint was that we and 3 other couples were competing in a triathlon on the next day and had to be at the race from 7am, breakfast only started at 7am, and no allowance was made for our early start. We would certainly not have expected an earlier breakfast from any other hotel, expect this one was the offical hotel advertised on the trathlon organisor's website and therefore there must have been other people staying at that hotel also completing. After complaining we were offered breakfast bags to pick up from the restaurant at 6.45am, however the breakfast was already open so why had we not been told this?

I would recommend this hotel for people wanting to get away from the busy city, we stayed here in the summer. We came here after seeing Barcelona and Paris so it was good to have some peace and quite; the hotel is surrounded by fruit orchards and vineyards which you can ride the hotels bikes through. The restaurant and bar at the hotel were very nice, though a little expensive. This hotel is about a 20 minute drive from Geneva, and you pass through some very nice scenery on the way, including some nice parks where you can eat a lunch right on the water. The rooms here are very clean like you would expect, and free wifi in the rooms was great. We also used the sauna which was nice. our only disappointment was the pool, which was cold. Our expectations were meet, and we had a great time.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even picked me up at the airport after the last shuttle, for which I was very grateful. The breakfast was amazing, and I sat on the veranda looking at the amazing view of mountains and Lake surrounded by beautiful gardens. Great value for the money.
